Nedi Goga was able to look at
the administrative cost factors of a financial aid department, project the student enrollment growth and diversification in
the higher education market, ever changing world of technology and Title IV aid and examine the needs of Colleges
and Universities to improve efficiency as a result of our nation's current economic realities.
He then imagined a low
cost affordable consulting firm that is able to provide superb customer service experience to the students by automating
and streamlining processes of aid delivery.
Our reputation is based on being able to take over the entire functions
of our clients financial aid departments. Most of our clients are hesitatant at first and only outsource one or more aid processes
and slowly keep adding functions until our relationship is strong and cost wise it doesn't make sense to have 12-15
employees doing a job that they can outsource for a fraction of the cost all while increasing retention and enrollment due
to the efficiency in services that GCG provides.
