The financial aid process can overtake an institution and result in delayed
services to parents and students. When funds are delayed, students may not be able to attend an institution. If policies,
procedures, and automated systems need to be examined and improved, we can identify the issues, design a corrective action
plan, and provide implementation assistance. If computer systems are not functioning properly, we can assist the institution
to detect where improvements are required and implement those changes.
