The primary goal of training is to ensure that the entire office functions efficiently using a uniform
philosophy and procedures.
Organizational/Departmental Development
We conduct an analysis of the departmental dynamics between staff and/or management. We have highly skilled individuals
who use a series of exercises and workshops to improve staff relationships and increase departmental synergy.
Change Management
We monitor the success of new
office processes established and recommend adjustments as necessary. We use reports and specific measurement tools to evaluate
the success of the processes, policies, procedures and overall administration of the aid programs.
