An accomplished senior-level professional with a wall street background and over 15 years’ experience in higher education administration, most specifically in the areas of student financial services and enrollment management.
Developed industry leading financial models emerging from econometric analysis and predictive analytics using clients own data to identify opportunities in leveraging financial aid resources, increasing net tuition revenue and academic quality of incoming students.

Goga Consulting Group was founded in 2005 as financial aid and customer service consulting firm that has used the means of a dynamic combination of operational reviews, corrective-action plans and implementation support to help a variety of institutions streamline their processes while leveraging existing strengths. Our team has examined and improved policies, procedures and automated systems; designed and led the implementation of corrective action plans and staff development via on-site training on all aspects of Title IV aid.
In August of 2009, as a result of both client demand and acquisition of talented consultants, GCG has expanded their services into enrollment management consulting. Nedi Goga led a dynamic team of economists and statisticians in developing industry leading financial models for aid leveraging enrollment management strategies with flexibility to custom tailor and resolve each clients’ unique challenges and needs.
We have analyzed and build dozens of visual dashboards detailing key performance indicators for C-level managers used to objectively identify strengths and comparative advantages to differentiate our clients’ curriculum and programs in a crowded academic marketplace.
GCG speacializes in design and execution of the integration of financial aid and student accounts where a single contact point exists for students and their families to be able to receive the counseling needed to complete the financial aid application process, maximize grant and scholarship eligibility, secure additional financing needed, receive student bill counseling, resolve billing discrepancies, enroll in a payment plan and make payments.
